We ship new features every week, and email is how we keep customers up to date: our weekly changelog, lifecycle emails, onboarding, and product notifications are all critical. Our biggest use for Resend is **[Profound University](https://university.tryprofound.com)**. Every certification step is an email: submission received, graded feedback, and the diploma. We can see whether someone viewed it, downloaded it, or added it to LinkedIn, right from the Resend dashboard. Design is core to Profound, so we build emails with **[React Email](https://react.email)** and Tailwind using the same design tokens as our app. Anyone who knows React can open a template and understand it. Without Resend, we'd have to build all of this in-house. Instead, we ship faster. If I had to describe it in one sentence: **it just works**.
